When it comes to becoming a better person, I am a firm believer in getting help from the people around you that love you. I didn't used to feel this way, but when I was faced with battling serious depression, my family and friends helped me immensely. One of the best things that they did was walk me through how to help myself, and I still use those self help techniques to this day.
